Meditation
A great tool to help with sleep, mindfulness and meditation is Insight Timer. I recommend this app to all my clients, family and friends. This app is free to use as well as a subscription being available.


Swedes, an acronym for Sleep, Water, Exercise, Diet, Exercise, and Sun, are essential for our daily wellbeing. Incorporating these elements into our lives can significantly improve our mental health. Make to prioritize each of these factors to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
